Irshad HR Consulting Sdn Bhd expands its establishment recently by signing up a partnership agreement with Britay International, Beijing, China. Britay Beijing is an International HR Consulting firm which has more than 9 years of experience in China, with office registered in Beijing and Shanghai. Through this partnership, IRSHAD will be working with Britay to provide our expertise in Human Resource Management to the Government Agencies and Corporations in China.

Within the same period, on 20th May 2011, IRSHAD in collaboration with Britay Beijing was invited to deliver a Seminar on “How to Appraise and Enhance Staff Performance” at Shandong Vocational College of Science and Technology, Weifang, China. The seminar was conducted by Hj Ahmad Raji, COO of IRSHAD and was attended by about 283 participants including the deans and heads of department of the college as well as the managers from various industries in the region. The seminar was very well received by the participants.
