Irshad HR Consulting Sdn Bhd (IHRCSB) recently had introduced a newly designed convention; “Konvensyen Setiausaha & Pembantu Pentadbiran” or KonSePP 2012 in conjunction with the celebration of Secretaries Week.

Held on 25^th and 26^th April 2012 at the Grand Seasons Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, this event had brought in all Secretaries and Administrative Assistants from various industries. The objectives of KonSePP 2012 are to get the attendees to understand the phenomenon and challenges they face in the new era or field of Secretarial and Administrative works, the impacts of the challenges towards their roles at workplace, to discover and understand their strengths, weaknesses and best practices to be applied at work in making them more professional and confident in handling, organizing, and performing daily tasks.

All topics were presented by prominent speakers and IHRCSB was proud to have to name a few Dato’ Dr Ismail Alias, Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Megat Najmuddin bin Datuk Seri Dr Hj Megat Khas, Prof Madya Dr Rudzi Munap, and Ms Farrah Adeeba Mohamed Ashraf (Host and TV Personality) as the Keynote Speakers as well as special sessions with them.

On top of the knowledge sharing that we had, we have also enthusiastically brought a very talented singer, Brother Mua’dz performing a series of songs which were very delightful and entertaining on the second day.
