K-YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME 2023
K-Youth is a youth employability initiative by Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah) which aims to develop Malaysia's future talents The programme will equip youth with commercially useful skills and experience to enhance their employability.
Khazanah remains committed to supporting the nation's youth employability, aligned with our Advancing Malaysia strategy and the aspirations of Malaysia MADANI
REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian graduates from universities and colleges with a recognised Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree qualification, interested to work in these industries:
- Hospitality & Services; or
- Machinery & Equipment
- Have been unemployed for more than 1 month.
- Age 30 years old and below.
BENEFITS
- 1 month soft skills and technical training will be given to participants before being placed in host company.
- 3 months On-the-job training (OJT) with a host company.
- Monthly allowance inclusive EPF and SOCSO
