Irshad HR Consulting has developed a holistic graduate employability enhancement approach and methodology called Integrated Methodology & Approach for Graduate Employability Programme (IMAGE) which includes Programme Design, Programme Management, Training Delivery and Placement Services.

ENTREPRENUERSHIP PROGRAM
The objectives of Successful Entrepreneurship Enhancement & Development (SEED) are:
- to evaluate and increase self-confidence in becoming a good entrepreneur;
- to build the characteristics of knowledgeable and highly motivated entrepreneurs;
- to equip participants with the necessary attitudes, knowledge and basic entrepreneurial skills and business management;
- to understand the challenges and business opportunities that existed; and
- to strengthen spiritual values and aspects, especially aqidah, ibadah and akhlaq.
