Irshad HR Consulting has developed a holistic graduate employability enhancement approach and methodology called Integrated Methodology & Approach for Graduate Employability Programme (IMAGE) which includes Programme Design, Programme Management, Training Delivery and Placement Services.

The highly competitive job market requires more than a scroll to secure employment. Therefore, Irshad HR Consulting is committed to enhancing Malaysian graduates’ employability by preparing them with holistic skills, knowledge and attributes in entering their career life.

With more than 13 years of experience and full-time resources dedicated to implementing graduate employability programmes, we have trained and assisted more than 13,000 unemployed graduates to improve their employability, thus securing employment throughout the country through various GE initiatives.

Students Transformation for Akhlaq and Results (STAR) programme is a holistic Corporate Social Responsibility initiative designed by IRSHAD to support the country’s aspirations to develop underprivileged students in rural areas through soft skills training, character building, language proficiency and the internalisation of religious aspects.

With the spirit of the National Education Philosophy of developing the potential of individuals in a holistic and integrated manner, Irshad HR Consulting is committed to complementing the current national education system by providing leadership and character-building activities under an initiative named Student Performance Enhancement & Reformation of Behaviour (SUPERB).


The objectives of Successful Entrepreneurship Enhancement & Development (SEED) are:

  • to evaluate and increase self-confidence in becoming a good entrepreneur;
  • to build the characteristics of knowledgeable and highly motivated entrepreneurs;
  • to equip participants with the necessary attitudes, knowledge and basic entrepreneurial skills and business management;
  • to understand the challenges and business opportunities that existed; and
  • to strengthen spiritual values ​​and aspects, especially aqidah, ibadah and akhlaq.


Initiatives under SLP:

Teachers or educators have an important role in the involvement of students’ development. Therefore, Irshad HR Consulting is committed to enhancing teachers’ capability, capacity and competency to prepare themselves in becoming the MURABBI (educators) of the ummah.


IRSHAD provides consultancy and training services to local leaders at the district level towards successful rural development planning through the development of rural human capital and the development of Majlis Pengurusan Komuniti Kampung (MPKK) leadership.
