29 – 30th Nov 2022 – Irshad HR Consulting (IRSHAD) has participated as an exhibitor in the National Human Capital Conference & Exhibition (NHCCE) hosted by Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp). The two days event held in Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur was attended by approximately 2500 participants among HR practitioners from various industries and companies, 30 renowned speakers and 200 exhibitions.

Focusing on the talent development through digital approaches in aligning with the event’s theme “HR 5.0: The Next Evolution in Human Resource Development” IRSHAD was promoting the digital tools for talent development as follows:
