Datuk Prof. Dr. Mohd Faiz Abdullah is the Chairman of Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS ) Malaysia. He leads ISIS Malaysia, where he directs national policy research and regional diplomacy efforts through ASEAN-ISIS, PECC, and CSCAP. He represents Malaysia at the ASEAN Regional Forum Experts and Eminent Persons (ARF EEP) and serves on the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Good Governance. He is also the Founding Dean of the Selangor Business School and holds honorary academic positions at IIUM, UM, and UNISEL.

Prof. Dr. Peter Shephard, Executive Chairman, Oxbridge Institute of Professional Development is a prolific researcher and writer who also enjoys teaching and training. He has specialized in the Training of Trainers, Teachers/Lecturers, and Mental Wellness. He is an Adjunct Professor with an International Business University, teaching Strategic Leadership and HR/Talent Management at the Doctoral level, in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, & UK.

Azuan Ahmad Zahdi is the Chief Corporate Officer (CCO ) at Indah Water Konsortium (IWK) with 18 years of experience in corporate transformation, strategic planning, business development and sustainability. He is also a steering committee member of Global Water Operators’ Partnership Alliance (GWOPA) under UN-Habitat.

Syed Mohammad Muhafiz is General Manager, HR Business Partner at PETRONAS, with over 20 years of experience helping people and organisations grow. He has led major talent and education programmes across Malaysia and abroad. Passionate about empowering youth and building inclusive workplaces, he believes in preparing future leaders with the right skills and mindset.

Mimi Abdul Rashid is a consultant at Profess Consulting Group with experience in organizational transformation, strategy implementation, and the development of a high-performance work culture. Previously, she worked as special officer for CEO Annur Healthcare Group.

Dr. Malar Santhi Santherasegapan (Dr. Malar ) is a senior medical doctor. She is also the recipient of the Nona Superwoman Health Influencer 2022 & Supermom Motherhood Choice Award 2023. She received her medical education from CSMU Ukraine, with IES certification, London and MBA in Management Bachelor of Healthcare in Honours, UTM.

Azman Ibrahim, General Manager at IRSHAD, is a consultant with over 20 years’ experience in project management, HR development and business consultancy. He specializes in graduate employability, training design and organisational strategy. He holds an MBA (UKM ) and is a Chartered Project Manager and Senior Fellow of OIPD.

Ahmad Azhar is the Channel Manager for APAC at Skillsoft, managing partnerships across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines. He works closely with partners to deliver scalable, high-impact learning programs. Recognized for his collaborative approach and strong understanding of the learning industry, Ahmad plays an active role in helping organizations evolve their learning strategies to meet the demands of a rapidly changing workforce landscape.

Ahmad Salwan Abdul Wahab or known as CoachSalwan is a lifelong learning advocate with 25+ years of experience across sectors. Combining psychology, facilitation, and AI skills, he helps others build capability through reflection, engagement, and tech-driven tools like ChatGPT.

Joanna Bessey is an award-winning actor, director, and certified corporate trainer. Known for her roles in Kopitiam and BBC’s Exploring Malaysia, she has received multiple accolades for acting and directing. As Head of Enfiniti Academy training centre for 14 years, she specialises in corporate training, designing impactful programs with the Ministry of Education and corporate clients that promote creativity, soft skills, and leadership development.
