Mohd Ismail Mustapha is the Head of Corporate Service and Development Department and consultant of Irshad HR Consulting.

He holds a Diploma in Accounting. Previously, Mohd Ismail had 26 years of experience in accounting, financing and auditing in various of industries before he become a part of Irshad HR Consulting.

Over 30 years hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounting and finance starting as an articled clerk with a reputable audit firm doing external statutory audits and progressing to internal audit with a commercial firm. Later from year 2000 onwards was employed  by a cooperative , then joined an educational software firm and presently with Irshad HR Consulting Sdn Bhd since 2008 as Head of the Corporate Services Department which cover financial, human resource and administration responsibilities.
